SAT Testing: Day Two

Testing, Day TwoToday we completed day two of SAT testing in our home school PSP. Things ran very smoothly, but we are glad to have that over for at least another year.

The day started off with a wholesome breakfast and a short trip to the church. We prayed and got the kids off to a good start.

The first subject of the day was Spelling… another walk in the park for my girlie. She truly enjoys this subject! This was followed by Language Arts, another favorite.

After a quick break, she headed into Science. She feels fair about this area, but thinks she might have missed a few. “No more than six though mom and there were over fifty questions!”

Science was followed by Social Science (a combination of History, Geography, and Government). We weren’t really sure what to expect in this section as any of these areas could cover a great deal of ground. Once again, she walked out feeling pretty good.

Her final subject was listening skills. The test took a total of twenty minutes and the girl was done!

Whew! It feels good to have that done and over with. While “T” believes she did well, she is nervous to see if her results show the same. It will take several weeks for the test results to come back, so we’ll just have to be patient. Either way, she is just glad it’s over!

Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes! They were truly appreciated!
